As long as there has been life there has been death. Death is undoubtedly a natural progression that every human being will encounter as all physical things have a beginning and an end. As our physical form ends we are 'born' into a new realm of existence. I believe that realm to be a place of infinite colors, music, and creativity. This is why I choose to use beautiful colors on the headstones I create. I hope that you can find happiness that your loved one has 'graduated' to his/her new home. I invite you to celebrate their life and be grateful for all that this person did in their life to express love.

When my husband passed away, I was unable to afford a headstone for his grave. I struggled to save up, and finally decided to make one for him. After trying a few different materials, I ultimately created one using grout and glass. Instead of the normal grays of granite, I used beautiful pinks, blues, yellows and greens. After years without a marker, I was deeply relieved that my husband finally had something beautiful to mark his grave site.
A few years later, my son and I decided to make mosaic grave markers for relatives and were soon asked to make more. We both agreed that this is an opportunity to honor those who have passed on, comfort their families with a beautiful memorial marker and capture a hint of the beauty of our inevitable next life- our eternal home- through the colorful glass. We also wanted to make the price affordable* for anyone to purchase lest they suffer anguish over an unmarked grave site.
