What about the setting/placement of the stone?
The installation/setting or placement of the stone will be your responsibility. Many cemeteries will offer stone setting for a fee. In some cases, our customers set the stone. We do not provide specific instructions on this but would refer you to many sources of stone setting on YouTube. Most stones will require a foundation and that is also your responsibility to contract. A great resource for setting of a stone where a cemetery does not offer the service is a local funeral home that sells stones. They are often contracting with a local company for the service.
Do you make Larger gravestones?
Currently we only make grass level grave markers that are 24"x12"x4" and smaller. Contact us with inquiries regarding larger stones and we will see what we can do.
Do you offer any Discounts?
We offer hardship discounts and discounts for unique requests on a case by case basis. If you have pricing concerns please contact us.
Do you ship to Residential Addresses or overseas?
Yes! We will ship directly to the cemetery or to any address you provide including residential addresses. We also ship overseas for an additional cost. Please contact us for overseas shipping quotes.
Will the cemetery install the Grave marker even if I do not buy it from them?
Per the regulations of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if the cemetery has installation services available to families who purchase a marker from them, they also have to allow you those same services. In some cases monument installation service is included with the purchase of the grave site. Check the contract you were given when you purchased the cemetery plot. If the cemetery does not have the capability to do the installation (as is the case with smaller cemeteries), we can help locate a company that will do the installation.
Can I install the marker/headstone myself?
We recommend having the cemetery marker or headstone installed by an experienced professional or by the cemetery. Check with the cemetery to see if installation of the cemetery marker or headstone was included with the purchase of the gravesite, in some cases it is included.
What information will I need to provide to place an order
You will need to provide your name, billing address, phone number, and email address. You will also need to provide an address to ship or a cemetery's name, address, and phone number if you are having the marker shipped to a cemetery. Then, we will need to know the specific details for the monument you are ordering: design, granite color, name, dates, and any other inscription or design elements you would like on the monument.
What are my payment options?
We accept most major credit cards and also PayPal. If you wish to pay by check, money order, or wire transfer please Contact us for instructions. We begin processing (cutting your stone/glass, laying/setting glass design) your order once full payment has been received.
What are the requirements of the cemetery?
Every cemetery has their own rules and regulations regarding memorials; usually this is because they want to maintain a consistent aesthetic look to the cemetery. Also, it may be due to state, city, or county codes and laws. The cemetery may require a marker/headstone to be specific dimensions, a specific stone color, or a specific style. Please check with your cemetery for grave marker restrictions prior to purchasing a marker.
Do I need to contact the cemetery?

If you need assistance contacting your cemetery or have any concerns regarding your desired grave marker and your cemetery of choice, please Contact us and we will be happy to help.

What is grout?
Grout is the substance that goes in-between the glass pieces of the mosaic, holding them in place and creating a protective seal around their edges. Our grout is epoxy fortified which, when paired with glass' impermeability, make our mosaic durable enough to withstand all types of weather for more than a lifetime. See our Warranty for more information regarding the guarantee on all our Mosaic Grave Markers.
